Based in the heart of Manchester, 40 Spring Gardens provides a workspace for the business world; and with a strong focus on providing a sustainable working environment for all those that occupy the building, this is  a project that really reflects Precision Facades’ own business ethos.

During an internal and external refurbishment of 40 Spring Gardens, our work on the building saw us install new cladding to the exterior of the building, with the requirement that this was to match the property’s previous cladding to maintain the overall aesthetic.
