Offering panoramic views across the city, the Summit is one of the tallest buildings in Leicester but required remediation works to its exterior façade to ensure it complied with regulations.

Precision was appointed to carry out the works which saw us replace its cladding as well as install new insulation and fire breaks, whilst maintaining the iconic appearance of the building.
